TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING AND USE OF THE WEBSITE

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

Accessing, browsing, and using the Premier Padel Academy website, as well as contracting any of its training programs or sports events, implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The user declares that they are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts.

In the case of minors, contracting must be carried out by the parent or legal guardian.

These terms were last updated on January 1, 2026.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Premier Padel Academy organizes premium padel sports experiences under the concept "The Full Pro Experience."

Services may include, among others:

  • High-performance training sessions
  • Technical analysis and video analysis
  • Management of sports events lasting from 2 to 5 days

The exact content of each program or pricing plan (courts, staff, welcome pack, refreshments, or other services) is clearly detailed on the specific product page prior to payment.

Any service not expressly described shall be deemed excluded from the contract.

4. REGISTRATION AND CONDITIONS OF USE

To access certain services, the user must complete the registration process by providing truthful, current, and complete information.

Premier Padel Academy reserves the right to:

  • Group participants according to their technical level
  • Reorganize groups to ensure service quality
  • Deny access to users who provide false or incomplete information

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices displayed on the platform include Value Added Tax (VAT) or other equivalent taxes in accordance with applicable European regulations.

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking through certified secure payment methods.

Premier Padel Academy does not store users' banking or credit card details.

Detailed financial conditions (cancellations, refunds, force majeure) are regulated in the Terms and Conditions of Purchase, which supplement this document.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATIONS

In accordance with European consumer regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to leisure activities that provide for a specific date or period of performance.

Nevertheless, Premier Padel Academy establishes a commercial cancellation policy, detailed in the Terms and Conditions of Purchase, which the user declares to have read, understood, and accepted prior to completing the booking.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual and industrial property rights relating to:

  • the website,
  • the brand,
  • the training methodology,
  • training and video analysis content,
  • texts, images, and audiovisual materials,

are the exclusive property of Premier Padel Academy.

Any reproduction, distribution, transformation, or public communication of such content without prior express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. PROHIBITED USE

The user undertakes to make lawful and appropriate use of the website and the contracted services.

The following are expressly prohibited:

  • Fraud or non-payment
  • Use of malicious software
  • Identity impersonation
  • Conduct that infringes the rights of other users, collaborators, or staff
  • Any behavior contrary to Premier Padel Academy's sporting ethics

9. LIABILITY AND SPORTS PRACTICE

Premier Padel Academy acts with due diligence in organizing its events.

However, it shall not be liable for:

  • Injuries or accidents inherent to sports practice that are not the direct result of negligence attributable to Premier Padel Academy
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings at third-party facilities (sports clubs, hotels, etc.)

Participation in events is undertaken at the user's own responsibility, and the user declares to be in adequate physical condition.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The website may contain links to external websites of partners, sponsors, or third parties.

Premier Padel Academy assumes no responsibility for the content, availability, legality, or quality of the services offered on such external websites.

11. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

Premier Padel Academy reserves the right to:

  • Suspend access to the website
  • Remove a participant from an event
  • Block user accounts

in the event of a serious breach of these terms, codes of conduct, or sporting behavior rules, without entitlement to any refund.

12. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS

Premier Padel Academy may amend these terms to adapt them to regulatory, technical, or operational changes.

Such amendments shall enter into force upon publication and shall be deemed accepted if the user continues to use the website or services.

13. APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION, AND LANGUAGE

These terms are governed by Spanish law and the regulations of the European Union.

For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

The official language of these terms is Spanish. In the event of translation, the Spanish version shall prevail in case of discrepancy.

PURCHASE, PAYMENT, AND CONFIRMATION PROCESS

1. Formalization of the Contract

The purchase contract is considered finalized only when the client receives the "Booking Confirmation" email following successful payment validation.

2. Methods of Payment

Payments are made through secure third-party payment platforms (credit/debit card or other methods indicated during the checkout process).

Premier Padel Academy does not store nor have access to the client's banking data.

3. Communications

All communications regarding the purchase will be conducted via email. The client is responsible for providing a valid email address and for checking both their inbox and spam folder.

AVAILABILITY AND RATIOS

Places are limited and are assigned according to the ratios established by Premier Padel Academy (e.g., 1:4 or 1:6).

In the event of a technical error, duplicate booking, or overbooking, Premier Padel Academy will notify the client within a maximum of 48 hours, offering:

  • A full refund of the amount paid, or
  • Relocation to another date or an equivalent event.

PRICES, TAXES, AND INCLUDED SERVICES

Prices shown include the legally applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Unless the purchased package is expressly labeled as "Residential" or "Full Pack," the price does not include:

  • Flights
  • Accommodation
  • Meals or services not explicitly specified in the official event schedule.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Level of Play

The client declares that the skill level indicated during the registration process is truthful.

Premier Padel Academy reserves the right to reassign a player to a different group if their actual technical level does not match the declared one, in order to preserve the experience of the other participants.

Health Status

The client declares they are in adequate physical and health condition for high-performance sports, exempting Premier Padel Academy from any liability arising from the omission or falsification of relevant medical information.

It is recommended to have appropriate sports or medical insurance.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATIONS

In accordance with Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the client expressly acknowledges and accepts that, as this is a service related to leisure activities with a specific date or period of execution, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has commenced.

Nevertheless, Premier Padel Academy establishes the following commercial cancellation policy:

CANCELLATION DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE

In case of event cancellation due to force majeure (extreme weather on outdoor courts, general strikes, government restrictions, or health alerts), Premier Padel Academy will offer:

  • A voucher redeemable for another event, or
  • A proportional refund for services not consumed.

Premier Padel Academy shall not be held liable for external expenses contracted by the client with third parties, such as flights, hotels, or transportation.

TRANSFER OF BOOKING

The transfer of a spot to a third party is only possible with express written authorization from Premier Padel Academy, provided the new participant meets the required technical and health standards.

PROHIBITED USE AND CODE OF CONDUCT

The client agrees to respect the "Locker Room Culture" and the values of Premier Padel Academy.

The use of abusive language, unsportsmanlike behavior, non-payment, or intentional damage to equipment or facilities may lead to immediate expulsion from the event without the right to a refund.
