1. DATA CONTROLLER IDENTIFICATION
Premier Padel Academy, with registered address at Via Augusta Street, 48 – 3rd Floor, Door 6, 08006 Barcelona, and legal contact at info@premierpadel.academy, is the data controller responsible for the personal data provided by users and participants.
2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
At Premier Padel Academy, personal data is processed for the following operational purposes:
- Registration Management: Handling reservations, payments, and event logistics.
- Technical Analysis (Video Analysis): Recording sessions for sports feedback and delivery of the technical report to the participant.
- Promotional Content: Capturing photos and videos during the event for publication on Premier Padel Academy's website and social media channels.
- Health and Safety: Processing medical data (allergies or injuries) to ensure participants' physical safety during training sessions.
3. LEGAL BASIS
The legal grounds for processing personal data at Premier Padel Academy are:
- Performance of a contract: For managing registrations and purchased services.
- Data subject's consent: For the use of images for marketing purposes and for processing health-related data.
- Legitimate interest: To ensure safety within Premier Padel Academy facilities.
4. CATEGORIES OF DATA COLLECTED
Through the "Data Collection" form, Premier Padel Academy collects:
- Identification data: Name, ID number, age.
- Contact data: Email address, phone number.
- Biometric and image data: Photos and videos taken on court.
- Operational preference data: Bullpadel clothing sizes, playing level.
5. PROCESSING OF MINORS' DATA
In Premier Padel Academy Kids Schedule programs, the processing of personal data of minors under 14 years of age will only be carried out with the explicit, written consent of parents or legal guardians during the purchase process or at check-in.
6. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Premier Padel Academy will retain personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship. Audiovisual material from video analysis and the associated sports results are retained indefinitely, as part of the participant’s sporting history, until the user requests their deletion. Billing data will be retained in accordance with applicable tax regulations (5–6 years).
If a user deletes their account, their personal data will be erased 30 days after the request, a period during which the request can be cancelled. Their sporting history (evaluations, challenges, matches and video analyses) is dissociated from their identity: it is no longer linked to their name or email, and is identified only by an encrypted key from which their personal data cannot be recovered. Internal follow-up notes are deleted. If the user had registered minors in their care, their data receives the same treatment.
The record of purchases made will nonetheless be retained for the legal periods indicated above. That record includes the buyer’s contact details and the identifying data of each registered participant — full name, email and date of birth — including where the participant is a minor in the buyer’s care. Internal audit-log entries associated with the account are likewise retained, as they are needed to evidence who did what and when. This retention is based on Article 17(3)(b) GDPR, which exempts from the right to erasure any processing necessary to comply with a legal obligation, and on Article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code. None of these records is used to contact the user or for any other commercial purpose.
Video material is hosted on the platform of our AI sports analysis provider, aiball. Deleting a Premier Padel Academy account does not delete any account the user may hold on that platform: to request this, they must contact aiball directly at info@aiball.io.
7. DATA RECIPIENTS AND TRANSFERS
Premier Padel Academy will not share personal data with third parties, except with:
- Technology providers (video analysis platforms and CRM systems).
- Host venues/clubs (only the data strictly necessary for access).
- Technical sponsors (e.g., Bullpadel), solely in the case of raffles or prizes accepted by the user.
- Public authorities, when required by law.
8. USER RIGHTS (ARCO RIGHTS)
Any Premier Padel Academy participant may exercise the following rights:
- Access: To know what personal data we hold.
- Rectification: To correct inaccurate data (e.g., T-shirt size).
- Erasure: To request the deletion of photos or videos from our databases, or to delete your account. Account deletion can be requested directly from the mobile app, under Profile → Delete account.
- Objection: To opt out of receiving commercial communications from Premier Padel Academy.

9. INFORMATION SECURITY
Premier Padel Academy implements appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption, restricted access) to protect audiovisual material and personal data against unauthorized access, particularly regarding the storage of the "Scouting Report."
10. COOKIE POLICY
Premier Padel Academy's website uses technical and analytical cookies to improve the browsing experience and facilitate the purchase process for its programs.
11. AMENDMENTS
Premier Padel Academy reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to new European regulations or changes in event operations (e.g., the introduction of new tracking systems).
