In Asturias, we know that resilience and character are non-negotiable. That’s why Premier Padel Academy has chosen Gijón to bring its official training experience.

For three intensive days, we will bring the rigor of the professional circuit to the courts of Vad4Padel. Forget conventional lessons; here you come to work under a methodology endorsed by the International Padel Federation (FIP).

LOGISTICS & SCHEDULE

DAY 1: ONBOARDING ("KIDS DRAFT")

Focus: Integration and base technique.

• 17:00 | Official Welcome: "Mini Pro" check-in, Player Pass distribution, and welcome.

• 17:45 | Fun Activation: Coordination games and group warm-ups.

• 18:00 | Technical Demo: The Head Coach demonstrates shots in a visual way.

• 18:10 | On-Court (Technique): Level-based drills and stroke improvement through play.

• 19:00 | Physical Games: Psychomotricity, agility, and reaction circuit.

• 19:45 | Energy Break: Hydration break and healthy snacks.

• 20:00 | Tactical Demo: Simple explanation of rules and positioning.

• 20:15 | Tactical Games: "King of the Hill" and team dynamics.

• 21:00 | Mini-Matches: Supervised short matches.

• 21:30 | Closing: Pick-up and quick feedback.

DAY 2: SKILLS & DRILLS ("THE ACADEMY")

Focus: Refinement and specific skills.

• 17:00 | Re-Check: Review of daily goals and dynamic warm-up.

• 17:45 | Skill Stations: Rotations focusing on accuracy, ball control, and reflexes.

• 18:30 | Hitting Clinic: Specific work on the "star shot" of the day.

• 19:15 | Physical Challenge: Speed challenges and team relays.

• 19:45 | Energy Break: Fruit and talk about sporting values.

• 20:15 | Game Strategy: How to play with a partner and on-court communication.

• 21:00 | Practice Matches: Application of the "master plays" learned.

• 21:30 | End of Session: Stretching and preparation for the final tournament.

DAY 3: TOURNAMENT DAY ("THE GRAND SLAM")

Focus: Friendly competition and closing ceremony.

• 17:30 | Draw Announcement: Organization of competition groups.

• 18:00 | Tournament Start: Matches by category and level.

• 19:30 | Grand Final: Exhibition match of the finalists in front of the group.

• 20:00 | Final Energy Break: Special closing snack.

• 20:30 | Diploma Delivery: Awards ceremony and official photos.

• 21:00 | Farewell Party: Music, final games, and event wrap-up.
