This summer, PREMIER PADEL ACADEMY arrives in Barcelona to transform the game for young players. From July 6th to 10th, we present the Premier Padel Junior Summer Camp, a high-performance experience specifically designed for Junior categories (ages 8 to 16). Under the prestige of the Premier Padel brand and the FIP Official Padel Methodology, we offer a comprehensive program where professional discipline meets a dynamic, educational environment, ensuring that every junior player reaches their full potential.

From 09:00 to 17:00 (schedule to be confirmed), participants will immerse themselves in a professional player's routine, structured to maximize learning without overlooking the fun:

• 2 Hours of Intensive Padel per Day: Based on the official FIP methodology, focusing on technical refinement and tactical decision-making.

• Sport-Specific Physical Conditioning: Age-adapted exercises to improve agility, coordination, and on-court injury prevention.

• Applied Tactics Sessions: Game analysis to understand the "why" behind every shot and how to dominate court space.

• Sports Psychology: Tools for managing frustration, maintaining focus, and developing a competitive mindset.
